As a Guru you will be accountable for
- Managing day-to-day procurement activities including reviewing Quotation Evaluations, Purchase Orders, and Vendor due diligence and onboarding.
- Monitoring procurement KPIs and reporting performance metrics.
- Supporting the development and deployment of standardized procurement processes and SOPs.
- Conducting spend analysis, supplier tracking, and procurement KPI reporting.
- Developing training materials, guides, and toolkits for procurement stakeholders.
- Executing strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and onboard reliable vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration to understand business requirements to better support sourcing strategies.
- Supporting procurement processes to enhance efficiency and streamline operations, contributing to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Maintaining accurate and organized data for informed decision-making and reporting on procurement activities.
- Ensuring adherence to procurement policies and standards, mitigating risks and promoting transparency.
We are looking for someone who
- Understands procurement processes, principles, and best practices.
- Experience in P2P, managing procurement operations, reporting/data management, sourcing of indirect procurement, vendor management and procurement transformation is a plus.
- Has familiarity with procurement software and systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Esker, Coupa) preferred.
- Independent, self-driven individual with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, who can work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapt to change, and remain flexible in taking on new challenges.
